We are social welfare corporation group established in 1993 with anticipation of Japan’s rapid declining birthrate and growing proportion of elderly people, change in family structure, catastrophe in social security system and the current super-aged society without parallel in the world. Since then we have struggled in developing nursing homes under the brand of SHO-YOU-EN and geriatric health service facilities under the brand of Nursing Home SHO-YOU-EN in Saitama, Tokyo, Chiba, Ibaraki, Miyagi and Akita aiming at ideal homes where elderly people could feel higher-quality-welfare service with the philosophy of “FAMILISM” and have been offering TOUCHED CARE supported by voluntarism among people in the community. In addition, we have been accepting study missions, visitors or trainees from Asian nations such as Korea and Chine that are rapidly aging if we could be of any help to them. We commit to work toward to not only Japan’s but also Asian nations’ active aging society initiated by our SHO-YOU-ENs receiving love and popularity from many people in each community.
